Toss Down 'Vitamin D' and Stay Away from Cancer!

Vitamins‘ are essential for body building and fight against diseases. You can always have these either by taking vitamin rich diet or pills if your body gets deficient of a particular vitamin.

A study found Vitamin D can help to reduce the risk of pancreatic cancer. People taking Vitamin D tablets or living in areas highly exposed to sunlight found to be at low risk of developing pancreatic, prostate, breast and colon cancers.

So, what you need to do, just go for diet rich in Vitamin D like fish, eggs, milk etc. and try to get sunlight to be absorbed by the body, but be cautious not to absorb too much heat that can lead to skin burn also.
