Hair fall is an annoying complaint and the person experiencing often also tends to feel embarrassed due to this condition. It is a very common complaint and almost everyone experiences it sometime or other. Many causes have found to be affecting the health of hair.

  • Proteins can be obtained by increasing protein rich foods in your diet like legumes, soy products, lean meat cuts and fish.
  • Fruits and vegetables are a great source of vitamins and minerals and need to be consumed in good quantities. Consider taking multivitamin supplement by consulting your physician.
  • Drink plenty of water in a day. Take fresh fruit juices and coconut water to maintain a balance of minerals in your body.
  • Regular exercises can keep your body fit and help to keep stress at bay.
  • Make sure you get enough sleep at night. Strenuous activities or overwork can affect your health and it is important to unwind yourself before you go to bed. Practice stress management techniques and relax yourself.
  • Take a head massage once in a while. Maintain consistency in using hair oil and shampoo. Frequent changes can affect your hair and hence should be avoided.

  • Avoid use of chemicals and dyes for any purpose as they can be harmful.
