Children between the ages of 3-5 and 8-12 are often found complaining about muscular pain. Actually, that pain is due to strenuous play and parents need not to pay much heed to it. However, they can apply a few tips in order to lessen the muscular pain of their kids.
First, massage is a good way to lessen pain. While it lessens pain, it also improves blood circulation.
Ask your kid to do some stretching exercises like yoga. You can also apply heating pad to the sore areas of your kid. In case, the pain is quite severe then giving him ibuprofen is not a bad idea.
With the help of these few tips, you can help your kid in regaining agility.
