Thailand is on high alert of dengue fever epidemic. According to Public Health Ministry, the number of infections and deaths are rising in the country. All provincial health offices are on complete alert until the month of August to detect the disease during the rainy season.
The awareness program, public health campaign and destroying the mosquito’s source, which is the main carrier of the disease has been started in all the provinces.
There were almost 12,500 cases of dengue fever reported throughout Thailand this year. 15 people are already died from dengue fever this year.
