My wife has gained weight post her pregnancy and now she is on a diet plan suggested by my family doctor, my wife is a diehard foodie and she love making and eating varieties of dishes, one her favourite and in fact my personal favorite dish is sushi, we both love it from the very bottom of our heart, but all because of her weight loss routine we are not able to relish the fresh and moving taste of this seafood. I just need to know about the amount of calorie a sushi contains.
