Sunshine Eases Breathing in Asthma patients!

Direct sunlight is the well-known source of vitamin D but according to a new study, it can also be helpful for the patients with Asthma. Daily sunbath for about 20 to 30 minutes may make it easier for the Asthma patients to breathe.

During study, it was found that sun’s ultraviolet rays had a positive effect on mice with Asthma. When these mice were exposed to sunlight daily for about 15 to 20 minutes then they easily shook off the symptoms as that of Asthma.

This is indeed a good news for the Asthma patients.
