I want to know about skim milk nutrition facts.

I always use to drink whole milk without caring about its calorie content. But recently my gym instructor asked me to drink skim milk instead. I want to switch to skimmed milk and from the nutrition label I grasped that it has no fats. That is a wonderful thing. But is it healthy like whole milk. Or with reduction in fat content it other benefits reduces as well.  What are the skim milk nutrition facts? Please give the information .
