Everybody wishes to have six pack abs. However, it is not an easy task to gain six pack abs. Along exercise you need to follow Six Pack Diet in order to gain quick results. Exercise alone cannot help you develop six pack abs. Diet must be followed by the bodybuilder to gain the perfect abs.

Six Pack Diet

  • Eat more. You should try to build muscle around the stomach while you burn fat. You must not starve at any cost. Make sure that you stay full for the entire day. The key is to keep balance.
  • Eat organic and healthy foods. Keep a ratio of 90% unprocessed foods‘ consumption in the entire diet. You can go for nuts, beans, fruits, lean meats and veggies. These foods promote rapid fat loss.
  • You are allowed to eat junk food occasionally. Have 3 cheat meals in a week but make sure they are not in huge quantities. Don’t go for more than 3 meals a week.
  • Have 5 to 6 small meals/day. You should encourage healthy eating habits. Have a meal with gap of at least 3 hours. In this way, your body will energize for the whole day while your belly fat shrinks during the workout sessions.
  • Try to eat protein with every meal. Opt for cottage cheese, milk, salmon or chicken for this purpose. Protein plays the most crucial role when you are looking to build blocks for the muscles.
  • Reduce the intake of carbs. Pasta, breads, oatmeal and other starchy carbohydrates including foods should only be eaten after workout sessions. You can go for fruits and vegetables with each meal to gain carbs energy. The best part is that fruits and vegetables are not rich in calories unlike starchy carbohydrates.
  • Eat healthy fats in every meal. Olive oil, peanut butter and salmon are the best choices when it comes to healthy fats. They help your body burn more fat in lesser time. Fried and processed foods do not contain healthy fats so avoid eating these items.
  • You must limit the intake of saturated fats. See the labels of readymade food items to identify products containing high amount of saturated fats.
  • Drink a lot of water. You should drink more water rather than other forms of liquid such as juices, sodas, tea or alcohol. All these items are loaded with calories.

Here is an example of the Six Pack Diet. In this diet, you don’t need to worry about portion size and calories intake.

Breakfast:
Omelet with tomatoes and spinach cooked in olive oil. You can also have an orange along the omelet.
Mid-Morning Snack: Smoothie made of frozen fruit, milk, almonds and other whey protein.

Lunch: Banana with full spoon of peanut butter along a cup of green tea.

Afternoon Snack:
Full bowl of oatmeal along cinnamon, milk and apple.

Dinner:
Salmon should be cooked in olive oil. Have asparagus along it.

Night Snack:
Red grapes and cottage cheese.
