Can anyone share some ways to prepare tasty as well as healthy vitamin containing food?

I am a mother of a boy. My son is 12 years old and I want to provide the best nutrition possible to my kid. My kid likes to have a lot of junk food from his school canteen which is all very unhealthy but I can’t stop him from having that. What I can do is to supplement the junk food with proper healthy food. I want to know some ways to prepare tasty as well as healthy vitamin containing food?
