Now you can enjoy your favorite meals with 7 Day Rice Diet Plan. The continuous execution of the plan will help you in losing weight swiftly. The plan will show its results in a minimum of 3 days and should be applied for no more than 2 weeks.

With 7 days Rice Diet, you can lose your weight up to 1.5 pounds a day. Following the diet plan is extremely easy. Follow the below-mentioned diet schedule and enjoy losing your weight.

1st Day Meal

  • Breakfast – One bowl of 80g of brown rice with a little amount of lemon juice, an apple and you can have green tea without sugar.
  • Lunch – A bowl of vegetable salad, vegetable soup and 80g of boiled brown rice mixed with 1. teaspoon of olive or vegetable oil is good to have in lunch.
  • Dinner – You can have a bowl of vegetable soup, boiled rice (80g) and have two carrots with it.

2nd Day Meal

  • Breakfast – Have a bowl of brown rice mixed with one teaspoon of low fat cream and an orange.
  • Lunch – Vegetable potage and 80g of brown rice.
  • Dinner– Have same meal as lunch.

3rd Day Meal

  • Breakfast – 80g of boiled rice and a pear.
  • Lunch – Vegetable soup, rice mixed with fried mushrooms and salad made of cucumbers.
  • Dinner – Brown rice (80g) with big white cabbage.

4th Day Meal

  • Breakfast – A bowl of brown rice mixed with low fat milk/cream and a bowl of fruit salad.
  • Lunch – Rice with radish, carrots and vegetable broth.
  • Dinner Potage and brown rice mixed with sunflower seeds oil.

5th Day Meal

  • Breakfast – Have grapes with 80g of brown rice.
  • Lunch – Repeat lunch of 1st Day Meal Plan.
  • Dinner – 80g of brown rice with oranges and broth.

6th Day Meal Plan

  • Breakfast – A Pear, 4 walnuts and 80 g of brown rice with 2 dates.
  • Lunch – Salad made of cucumbers and a bowl of brown rice mixed with 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
  • Dinner – A cup of tea with one teaspoon of honey and brown rice with apple.

7th Day Meal Plan

  • Breakfast – Glass of organic yogurt and rice (80 g) with an apple or a pear.
  • Lunch – Vegetable soup, salad made of green vegetables and bowl of rice mixed with green string beans.
  • Dinner – Bowl of vegetable salad and have rice with 2 big carrots and radishes.
