I am looking for some good sea food restaurants. I work for an NGO who looks after the people in their old age, especially those who have been isolated by their children, so just to bring a small smile in their sordid life I am planning to take them to a seafood restaurant because they all love seafood a lot. Secondly, I need to keep in check whether the restaurant provides the calorie content in the menu, so that they can eat accordingly, because with age the digestion power weakens.
