Could you recommend best diet and health routine for teenagers?

Well, I’m 13 years old by the way and I want to know that: What would be a good diet for me? It’s not that I’m worried about my weight. I’m like skinny and I play softball outside of school (Rep B) and I want to do better than I’m doing now. Could you recommend best diet and health routine for teenagers? I want to know what are some foods I should not eat, like maybe processed foods, and also some I can eat, as well and how much of it. Please help me.
