Tell me recipes of healthy foods I could eat every day?

Hi guys! I’m aspiring to lose weight and I’ve already taken the first step towards my goal by joining aerobics and swimming. Now I want to know some recipes of healthy foods that I could eat on every day basis and they should complement my efforts to lose weight. I’m open to all (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) recommendations regarding this, please give me all food recipes specially for breakfast. Also tell me their nutrition facts. If you could suggest me any diet plan, it would be an added help. Thanks in advance!
