I love to eat Mac food items. I would like to know something about the calorie content in its food. Can anyone please inform me about big mac calories with ONLY ketchup mustard cheese and the sauce? I am on a diet and yesterday had the above mentioned food in my dinner. So, I am scared now that it will hamper my diet to very large extent. If anyone find the information then please share with me.
