People's disruptive approach to the golden rules of food hygiene

According to a report, the people who have happy-go-lucky, ignorance and confusing approach to the golden rules of food hygiene are considered most at the risk of food poisoning. The Food and Drink Federation, considering the rampant situation, which is causing health hazards, has launched National Food Safety Week.

The study has identified the four key areas where culinary cleanliness are fading to cut the food security mustard. According to the same report, across the UK, more than 79,283 cases of food poisoning had been reported last year, whereas the total was down on a decade ago- 92,603 in the year 1995. All this has been done as the people are not health conscious and have a very easygoing view toward their food.
