Previous studies have, no doubt transpired painkillers like ibuprofen, helpful in fighting colon cancer but a federal task force has come out replacing this advice with a new one.
According to this new advice, people at average risk of colon cancer shouldn’t take aspirin or painkillers to prevent the disease. Bolstering this idea, they say that taking painkillers to fight colon cancer may put patients at higher risk of bleeding and other potential health problems. Moreover, use of these drugs may result in intestinal bleeding and even kidney failure.
