Omega3 fatty acids for Alzheimers

Researchers from the Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center at UCLA, fed DHA, the omega 3 fatty acid to two older groups of mice, which were genetically engineered to develop Alzheimers. The recent reports say that there is a 70 percent reduction in amyloid beta, the protein responsible for Alzheimers.
So, there is more reason to include omega3 rich foods in your diet, especially after it’s proved to be functional in curing chronic diseases like coronary diseases and now brain related diseases.
