Oatmeal Nutrition?

Hi, I am 25 years old and am expecting a baby, its due this November, a lot of diet changes have occurred drastically. I have to take a lot of precautions and eat only those things which are healthy.  I am just having oatmeal in the breakfast, hope it is fine.  Although, there are many flavors available in the market, but I prefer to have the simple one.  I am even gaining weight but I have no qualms because it is very normal during pregnancy. But once I deliver the baby I’ll be back on a weight loss spree. So if you guys can tell me about the oatmeal nutrition.
