Regular exercises must for a healthy mind!

You might have heard the common notion that a sound mind lives in a sound body but do you know that for a sound mind, exercise is quite important. In this regard, through several studies researchers have proved that whereas exercise keeps us physically healthy at the same time it keeps our mind sharp and free from stress that generally leads to depression. Interestingly, it has also been found that if a person indulges in regular exercise then he can easily give up harmful vices likes smoking, drinking, etc.

It is quite interesting to know that in many cases exercise has been found more effective than many anti-depressant drugs in fighting out depression as well as many other psychological disorders. Moreover, we should not forget that our body has a general tendency to indulge in such works that require muscle power and in lack of that, our body feels stressed and ultimately mind suffers.

Therefore, it is quite important to keep body as well as mind healthy and stress free, which is possible only by doing regular exercise.
