Model school wellness program is all set to start in the coming school year in Missouri. The plan is boosted with fund of $550,000 for three years from the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Foundation of Missouri
It is set to target the fitness, obesity, and tobacco prevention program in school going youth. The obesity programs will work on K-5 grades, and the anti-tobacco programs will cover to the fourth and fifth grades.
This will target to make both kids and parents clearly aware about nourishment, work out and the ill effects of tobacco.
