Potatoes in any form contain carbohydrates, and that is why I always try and keep avoid eating potatoes be it in any form. I am on a low carb diet and for me having food rich in carbohydrates is similar to poison. Can I eat mashed potatoes even on being on a carb diet, please suggest?
