Low-carb diet, good for your heart!

People often move to low-carbohydrate when they wish to get rid of their extra flab. However, the thought “low-carb diet may tell upon the health of their heart” often goes on confounding them. But now these people need not to worry because researchers have spurned this myth, saying that diet low in carbohydrate doesn’t add to the risk for coronary heart disease in women.

To carve out these conclusions, researchers have studied about 82,802 women, which makes this finding really plausible.
