Regular exercise may keep kids away from hay fever!

Now, you have another reason to encourage your kid for participating in outdoor activities because a new study has divulged the fact that children participating in outdoor activities are not likely to be suffered by hay fever
risks.

In this study, researchers included about 1,703 kids between the ages 5 to 14 and first they examined them in the year 1992-1993 and then after 12 years and found that 6 percent of the kids who were not participating in outdoor activities and were leading a sedentary lifestyle were two times more susceptible to the wrath of hay fever than 76 percent of the kids regularly participating in outdoor activities.

So, it means exercise is the best solution to fight against the wrath of hay fever.
