Liquid Diet Recipes

Fruit and Bran Juice for Breakfast:

Drink 1 – apple, 1 orange, 1cup bran flakes, 1/2cup yogurt, 1/2cup wheat germs and small amount of fruits can be added to prepare this delicious drink.

Preparation – Add water in the blender. Add all these ingredients along water and blend them. It will take only 10 minutes to prepare the drink.

Drink 2 – four Apples, water 5 cups, 4 sachets stevia, 1teaspoon cinnamon sachets. You can also add coves and pumpkin seeds.

Preparation: Make slices of the apples. Add water in a sauce pan. Add apple slices, cinnamon, stevia and other spices that you like in the sauce pan. For 30 to 40 minutes, simmer the mixture so that apples become soft. The cider and apples can be served hot as desserts and fruit.

Lunch or Dinner Diet:

Caffeinated Banana include 1glass low fat milk, 1teaspoon granulated coffee, 1/2teaspoon brown sugar.
Preparation: Use blender to mix all the ingredients.

Asian Mix Soup 2cups chicken broth, 1tbs peanut oil, 1/4cup fresh ginger chopped, 1/2cup soy sauce, 1/4cup rice wine vinegar, 2tbs brown sugar, 1/2cup cornstarch, 10 ounces cut firm tofu, 8 ounces straw mushrooms, 8 ounces drained bamboo shoots, 1teaspoon red pepper flakes, 32 ounces mixed veggies and 1/4cup chopped cilantro.

Preparation: Start cooking peanut oil and ginger for 3 minutes on a medium heat. Mix cornstarch and 1 cup broth in a different bowl. After mixing both of them, transfer them in the main cooking pot. Add bamboo shoots, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, vinegar, broth, sugar and tofu in the main pot. Boil all these items till the mixture reaches a thick consistency. Add all the remaining ingredients except spinach. Lastly, add spinach after 10 minutes of heating the remaining mixture. After couple of minutes of heating, the soup is ready.

Fruit Diet throughout Day Fresh juices, fruit purees and fruit punches can be utilized when you are looking to go with liquid diet. You can make cocktails by mixing two or more fruit juices. Add honey to enrich the flavor of juice.
