Hi, my weight is 160 lbs and I need to reduce it to 150 lbs, I am on a regular workout routine and also skipping my breakfast, as feel I can get those breakfast calories via Lean-up Protein shake mix-chocolate supreme, my gym instructor suggested me of this protein shake which I had no idea about as I am on a protein diet for the first time, also I only know that protein supplements helps you put on weight, but what’s the procedure to reduce weight while consuming the protein supplement, please help me?
