Lack of pain sensation could be due to genetic mutation!

You might have noticed that some people are more susceptible to pain while some are not, and surely, this might have baffled you. Now researchers have answer to this abstruse question too. Actually, researchers studied a Pakistani family in which a 10-year old boy was capable of walking on burning coals without any problem and these researchers concluded that it was all due to genetic mutation, which are doing some changes in the way sodium passes through the pain channels, resulting in no feeling of pain.

However, researchers are taking it as a serious problem. However, they are also nourishing the belief that this study also clears the way for finding out a solution to pain. This study is somewhat special, which raise hope that genetic mutation hides some solution to pain and detection of which may help us saying good-bye to artificial painkillers.
