Kardashian’s diet was based majorly on protein intake. It included egg whites in the breakfast meal, protein smoothie as the lunch meal and grilled chicken or fish for the dinner meal. It helped her in building lean muscle as boxing supported her lean muscle build as well.

The above mentioned meal plan is not the fixed meal plan. She used other protein alternatives of these foods to enjoy her diet. Kardashian has a staunch belief that humans must not starve if they wish to lose weight. She never deprived herself of food. She used to consume all the foods such as sweet, fruits, vegetables and grains. The key to success was moderation in consuming all the foods.
