Just three steps to acquire confidence

For many people confidence is always elusive. They try their best to get some self-confidence but fail all the time. Whereas it come naturally to many and they build their life on it. Just try to follow these three steps to acquire confidence that has been eluding you so far.

1. Embrace you body:

Try to wear something that suits your figure and personality. Remember that well-fitting clothes go a long way in giving a sense of well being. Try to stay positive and concentrate to find solutions rather then brooding over problems.

2. Give Compliments Freely:

Just try to give one compliment to something, which really deserves it. It will make you feel good from within. Confidence must come from within, so never try to feign it. Because it would do more harm than good.

3. Love your body now:

Try to embrace your body. Accept it as it is. Even if you have a couple of extra fats even then don’t be over conscious. Remember that no body is perfect. However, if you are really fat or too skinny then do some exercise and try to put your figure in shape.

A positive image goes a long way in installing confidence. Accepts your shortcomings and try to build on your asserts. And just remind yourself that no one can make you feel inferior without your consent.
