Condom lessons in School: Is it right time for sex education?

What is the right time for sex education? This thought has been undulated by a mother after she saw on television that through a children program children were being taught that how to put on condom. She is totally against it and now planning to go on with its complaint against that TV channel.

Actually, we should try to go deeper into in because this incident compels us to rethink over the issue. According to me, teaching children about sex-education under the age of 10 is too early. Because in that tender age, they are not very passionate about sex and if we start providing them with sex education in that crude age, it is quite likely that wrong message may reach them. However, when they step into the age of 12 or 13, there is nothing wrong with this because by that time they might take some interest in it. On the other hand, some critics, though I don’t disagree with them too either, keeping in mind that today kids reach maturity sooner than expected, they must be made acquainted with the basics of sex as early as possible. What do you say?
