My father in law is suffering from heart problem. So I can’t give him the same thing which we are eating as he has to follow a good diet for healthy snacks. Fruits are okay but looking for more ideas. I have taken mixed nuts and fruits, juices. What else do I take that’s a good and heart healthy snack?
