Keeping track of my kid’s health is not a very easy task for me. Being a working mother, it is hard for me. Can you give me a list of a few asparagus dishes for my 12 year olds? I know that when I am not around, they tend to eat junk food. I give them money for lunch but they save that up, or they take money from their father. They are starting to become spoilt. I want names of asparagus dishes along with others which would be healthy for the 12 year old twins. So at least for dinner I know they are getting some nourishment.
