I am 34 years old and wanting to lose weight for 4 months now. My busy schedule has never allowed me the luxury of having a healthy lifestyle. I have everything really except time.My whole family is after me and wanting me to lose some weight. I cant really follow any diets and exercise plans so I had to rely on something like the Hcg diet. My doctor is saying that Hcg hormone can make me lose weight. Is he right? Whats all Hcg diet forum reviews saying?
