Have cooked tomatoes to reduce heart risks

Just have cooked tomatoes daily in your diet. It prevents from cardiovascular disease. The Website Alpha Galileo has published a report that says that cooked tomatoes contain lycopene. It works as antioxidants in human body.

The Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) is involved in the $6.6 million research program to examine the therapeutic qualities of cooked tomatoes.

Scientists from LJMU`s Nutraceutical Research Group have suggested to cook tomatoes in some oil. They are further analyzing the different methods of cooking to know the method, which can make the highest availability of lycopene in body.
