Eating grapefruits may augment your wound healing capacity. researchers at the Friedrich Schiller University in Germany have come out with this idea after studying about 58 people with gum disease.
This study revealed that due to grapefruits, the level of vitamin C increases in our body that ultimately results in good wound healing capacity.
So, it would not be wrong saying that adding grapefruits to your diet means adding to your health.
