I have made it once and have taste it and eggplant rollatini tastes so buttery and delicious once you put the mozzarella cheese as the topping for the eggplant rollatini. I have made some for my son so that when he comes back home after four days from his military camp, he can also enjoy the eggplant rollatini equally. Can I freeze the eggplant rollatini till then or will it be spoiled?
