I want to know my Food Nutrition Chart?

Hi folks, I am here to know about my Food nutrition Chart, I eat very less but still my weight is increasing with a rapid pace. I usually have cornflakes and milk in the breakfast or at times some fruits like apple or banana. My lunch depends on my hunger, if I am craving for more I’ll have according to my appetite. I mostly have sandwiches during lunch and dinner is always marked by some sweet dishes as I love to have sweets. Also I am a teetotaler and never drink. Can you make  a rough estimation of my nutrition chart?    .
