My belly is very fat and I need to reduce it fast as my sister in law will be coming next week and before she comes I need to get rid of this belly fat of mine. I don’t like the way my belly has gone rotund and protruding. I would want a flat stomach and not a belly so that it does not look odd while I am wearing the T shirts brought by my wife from London. Is there any fat belly diet?
