Excessive waistline fat may lead to heart attack

Researchers in Canada have come up with the study that pot-bellied people might be in a greater risk of heart attack than those who have large butts. Similar studies were found in the Lancet Journal, which said that the Body Mass Index might ignore the fat accumulated in the waistline, which was the major cause of heart attack.
Well, this does not mean that those with heavy buttocks and hips can rest in peace, as no matter where the fat is, it contributes to the BMI, thereby contributing to other diseases at the same time.
