Employ a 'Cheat Day' in Your Diet, Once a Week!

If you are suffering from one of the problems like diabetes, obesity etc. and restricted to follow a scheduled diet with healthy eating. I think you sometimes desire to have a tasteful delight including chocolates, snacks, pasta and many more, that let your mouth watered for having it.

For this you have to employ a ‘Cheat Day‘ in a week. You can choose a day and can enjoy the feast you wish to eat. Remember you need not to be a garbage hound on that particular day.

You are also cautioned that not to make every day a ‘Cheat Day.’ Other six days of week you can have healthy diet to stay fit and free from diseases. One day cheating does not ruin your health, if feast to be taken in an appropriate amount.

I think no person can remain without having a delicious feast by sticking hard to healthy diet. But a particular one day can make or mar your health if not properly served. You need to be conscious about the misuse of ‘Cheat Day.’
