I am 34 years old and for the past 2 years I have been suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. My condition if anything has deteriorated in the past 1 year. Now I had been prescribed one steroid drug for my condition, but I want to manage my disease through some effective diet plan. I would appreciate if someone can tell me about an effective ibs diet which is tried and tested one!! thanks!
