However, do control the portions that you have. Cashews, in particular, are wholesome nuts as just a single ounce of serving has 11% of your RDA.

Chamomile tea

Chamomile tea is a great soother, particularly around bedtime as it calms anxiety. Not only does chamomile calm the nerves, but it also helps in calming nerves, chamomile promotes sleep.
