Kidney drug may increase risk of heart failure!

Patients with chronic kidney disease may be at higher risk of heart problems if they aggressively use anti-anemia drug erythropoietin or EPO to boost up their blood cell production. A new study has promulgated this fact.

Further researchers reveal in this context that kidney patients using these drugs aggressively have 50 percent higher chances of heart problems. In most of the cases, it was found that people who use these drugs aggressively had to undergo dialysis treatment.

These are really a horrendous disclosure and doctors as well as patients must keep it in mind the aftermaths.
