Aerobics combats brain shrinkage!

Brian shrinkage that begins around age of 40 can be held back with the help of aerobic exercise, a new study reveals. This study roofed about 59 people between the ages 60 to 79 and found that those who did aerobics three or more hours weekly had increased brain volume. On the other hand, people who didn’t participated in aerobics had no change in their brain volume.

As a conclusion, the fact that became known after three months of study was that the people who participated in aerobics had brain volume of three-year younger people. Moreover, this study divulges the fact that people participating in aerobics have better working memory.

So, if you want to keep your brain healthy then moving to aerobics can be the best way.
