Dr. Simeons Diet

It is also known as “HCG Diet“. Human Chorionic Gonadotophin is the main ingredient that you primarily consume during this diet plan. The particular ingredient burns calories in both, men and women. Numerous people around the globe have experienced dramatic weight loss with the intake of HCG diet. The best part is that results can be seen within 2 to 3 weeks only.

Dr. Simeons Diet needs to be followed strictly in order to obtain desired results. There are quite a few things which you must keep in your mind when starting this diet. Females must not use any kind of cosmetics. Lipstick, powder and eyebrow pencil can be used after gaining permission from your dietician.

Foods to Include

The diet isn’t harsh on the consumer as it allows eating various foods. Seasonings and drinks are best when it comes to HCG diet.

Lemon Juice – You can include 1 lemon’s juice in the meals you prepare. You can also drink lemonade to refresh your body.

Seasoning – You are allowed to use mustard powder, sweet basil, thyme, vinegar, salt, maloram and pepper. Butter, oil and all such dressing materials should be strictly avoided.

Drinks
– It is recommended to consume 2 liters of water daily. Coffee and tea are other options when it comes to choosing drinks to include in your diet. You can consume them anytime of the day you want.

Fruits – You are allowed to eat majority of the fruits. Eat the fruits only between meals. Don’t go for fruits immediately after eating lunch or dinner.

You can make your Dr. Simeons Diet more effective by maintaining 500 calorie limit. You can eat boiled egg and cottage cheese can be consumed occasionally. Cottage cheese (100g) produced from skimmed milk can be replaced for meat.

Breakfast: It is best to drink a cup of tea or coffee in the breakfast. Don’t add sugar to your tea or coffee. Only 1tablespoon of milk is allowed in a day. You may use Stevia or Saccharin.

Lunch
: You are bound to eat from few options in this diet plan. Here are the few options that you have:

  • 100g veal beef, lobster, shrimp, chicken breast, white fish or crab may be used for lunch. You must remove all the visible fat on the meat. You should weigh the meat raw. Grill or boil it without additional fat. Tuna, pickled fish, herring, salmon and eel must not be eaten at any cost. It is good to remove chicken breast from bird.
  • 1 breadstick or 1 Melba toast is a good option.
  • Orange, apple, ½ grapefruit and strawberries can be considered.
  • You may eat 1 type of vegetable from the following list: spinach, green salad, celery, onions, red radishes, asparagus, spinach, chicory, tomatoes, cabbage, cucumbers and fennel.

Dinner: You may choose any one option from the 4 options provided in the lunch menu for your dinner.
