2 Rules of Banana Diet

Rule 1 – Whenever you feel hungry have 1 or 2 bananas before the meal. You must have 3 meals a day.
The rule goes like this: You can have 2 bananas before breakfast, 2 before lunch, 1 before dinner and 1 in between all these meals. When you end up having 6 bananas a day, you will surely see the desired weight loss results in short time span.

Rule 2
– Eat whatever you like for all 3 meals.
As long as you are willing to consume 6 bananas in the above mentioned way, you can go for all those meals that you love to eat. However, it is recommended that you have a healthy diet that doesn’t restrict to only 1 element intake such as fat, protein or carbs.

Option
– You have an option to replace 1 banana with an apple in the breakfast.

5 Essential Tips on Banana Diet

  1. Don’t think as if it’s a diet. All you are asked to do is to eat bananas with daily meals you consume. There are no special requirements so you must consider it as your usual daily diet.
  2. Drink room temperature water along bananas in the breakfast.
  3. Eat normal meals for lunch and dinner.
  4. It is better to have dinner before 8PM if you get free from work by that time. Don’t eat anything else till the next morning’s breakfast.
  5. You can go to sleep by midnight as bananas tend to relax you.

Things to Avoid

  • Never skip breakfast as it will reduce the effectiveness of this diet.
  • Don’t drink cold water. You are only allowed to drink room temperature water.
  • Eating bananas at random times a day won’t prove effective. You must follow the exact plan of consuming bananas.
  • The diet is unlike the conventional diet plans where you are strictly guided to stop eating several foods and drink a lot of water daily. You are bound to stay away from all the foods you love. With Banana Diet, you are entitled to eat whatever you like along fixed number of bananas.
