Daily brisk walk may keep women away from cold!

Are you often engulfed by cold then there is a way to get away from sniffing and sneezing. A new study has come up with a new finding that the postmenopausal women who lead a sedentary life style and do not indulge in exercises like brisk walking and jogging their chances of having cold, influenza are three times more than the women who indulge in such exercises.

Actually, such moderate exercises enhance our immune system and as a result helps us in keeping away from problems like common cold and influenza.

So please, please leave the bed and lace up your shoes to have a walk, means brisk walk.
