Cutting down smoking makes it easier to quit smoking completely!

No doubt, quitting smoking is a hard nut to crack but if you cut down you smoking slowly but steadily with firm will then you can easily get away from the habit. A new study by the researchers from the University of Vermont College of Medicine in Burlington has divulged this fact after reviewing 19 studied conducted earlier, which had mainly focused on smokers.

Another fact that peeped out of this study has once again proved the fact that cutting down smoking does not bring down smoking-related health risks. Therefore, eventual solution to cut down smoking-related health risks is to quit smoking totally.

Personally, I believe that cutting down smoking makes it easier for the smoker to prepare his mind to quit smoking utterly and if smoker would be asked to quit smoking once then it may be a tough challenge for a smoker to carry on with.
