Cola drinking women's bones at risk

Now the researchers have revealed the fact that the women who intake colas or such carbonated beverages most often, are comparatively more clutched by bone related problems such as osteoporosis, and lessening of bone density.

The director of the epidemiology and dietary assessment program at Tufts University in Boston, Katherine Tucker avers in this connection:

The more cola that women drank, the lower their bone mineral density

However, one thing is baffling the researchers that phosphorus the main ingredient of colas is known for increasing bone density but in colas, it does not seem working.

In the last few months, the image of these beverage companies has been tarnished due to various reasons and now this new research may impel even women to despise colas.
