Foods to Avoid on Candida Cleanse Diet

All foods containing high levels of sugar, uric acids, preservatives, artificial flavors, yeast, carbs, steroids, salt, wheat and cow’s milk should be avoided in this diet.

To be exact, you must not eat sugar, red meats, honey, sweet potatoes, carrots, artificial sweeteners, syrups, potatoes, mushrooms, parsnips, processed meats, bread, pasta, peas, cheeses, beans, pizzas, cereals, buttermilk, peanuts, nuts, coffee, pickled food, vinegar, alcohol, cream and vinegar.

It is not possible to avoid all these foods. What you can do is to avoid maximum foods and consume the rest in low quantity.

Foods to Eat on Candida Cleanse Diet

All the foods that contain protein, healthy fats and low amount of carbs should be included in this diet. The idea behind the diet is to starve yeast content that causes infection.

The foods to eat in this include organic red meat, fish, organic sheep & goat’s milk dairy products, oats, lemons, walnuts, pepper, herbs, garlic, mineral water, herbal tea, brazil nuts, palm oil, coconut, olive oil, limes, grapefruit, whole grain flour bread, pulses, organic chicken, fresh vegetables and apples.

All these foods are able to get rid of the fungus. By not eating the foods mentioned above, you are able to stop fungus from growing.

  • Starve Candida Fungus: All the foods we love usually contain refined carbs and sugar. The best way to kill fungus is to reduce the supply of these elements. You must focus on not eating these foods.
  • Eliminate Allergens: Candida makes a grip within our immune system. Food allergies are the main contributor to this concept. We must identify the foods which are allergic to us.

Candida Cleanse Diet is a 3 stage process:

Stage 1 – It is about initially attacking fungus by taking away its food supplies. You must immediately reduce the intake of mold, gluten, wheat, dairy, starch, yeast, simple carbs and sugar. You must also exclude all the “Foods to Avoid” in this phase.
