My mother has just come from hospital as she was suffering from joint pain. Doctors have suggested giving her tomato soup but she is fat so i have to care about her calorie intake as well. Because she is on bed rest now for a few days and will not be involved in any physical activity. So I want to know about amount of calories in a tomato? According to this i can add tomato while making soup?
